We are looking for an experienced and motivated Orthodontic Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goal of delivering the highest quality of care to our patients.
Job Overview :
The Orthodontic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our orthodontic practice. This includes managing a team of dental professionals, ensuring efficient patient care, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have experience in orthodontic practice management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the orthodontic practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and lead a team of orthodontic assistants, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations.
- Oversee patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with orthodontists to ensure exceptional patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues promptly.
- Assist with billing, insurance verification, and coding.
- Monitor inventory and ensure that necessary supplies are stocked.
- Support staff training and development to ensure consistent high performance and best practices.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in orthodontic or dental practice management is required.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.In-depth knowledge of orthodontic procedures and patient care.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in practice management software and office administration.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.A positive and friendly attitude towards both patients and staff.Education & Certifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field preferred.Benefits :

Monday-Thursday 8-5pm
Friday 7am-4pm
ONE Saturday a month 8am-1 : 30pm
