Human Resources Generalist

System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions including benefits, employee relations, compliance, payroll and HR systems. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leadership, helping to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities : Administer employee benefits and leave programs Support payroll processing and HRIS data management Address employee inquiries and assist with investigations Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies Generate reports and support audits Collaborate on process improvements and system enhancements Qualifications : 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or business partner role Familiarity with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.) Experience with payroll and HRIS systems Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Salary : $65K - $75K System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
