Job description

Scorpio is a devoted and seasoned team of construction professionals who build to enliven communities and beautify cities. We are seeking a Superintendent with a passion for bringing buildings to life, for life.

What You Will Do :

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Ensure projects are completed on time
  • Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
  • Review and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records

What You Will Bring to Scorpio :

  • Passion for construction
  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably within at least one of our core market project types – Education, Healthcare, Municipal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Commercial Construction is required
