This position must be a licensed RN. 50% of this role will be training MA's and completing their competencies. 50% will be working with patients in our primary care, appointment only clinic.

The MA Trainer is responsible for designing, conducting, and overseeing training programs for Medical Assistants (MAs) to ensure they possess the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to deliver high-quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities :

In addition to training responsibilities, the RN Trainer will perform direct patient care duties in an ambulatory care setting as needed :

Position Requirements :

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
