Job description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED) * Part-time or Full-time * Days or Nights * Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus * Incredible Relocation Assistance provided * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits WILL TRAIN APPLICANTS WITH 1+ YEAR OF ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE !!! SUMMARY A large trauma hospital in Spokane, WA is searching for a permanent full-time Registered Nurse for their Emergency Department. This is a fast-paced unit made up of a fun, energetic staff and it is very much a team-like atmosphere. This is an excellent opporntity to provide quality care to patients in an environment that fosters transparency, respect and partnership! RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill and injured patient * Administer medication as instructed by physicians * Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition * Collaborate with team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes * Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems REQUIREMENTS * 1+ year of acute care experience * Emergency Department experience preferred * Nursing degree/diploma required. Must be willing to obtain a BSN within 3years of hire * A RN with 20 years of RN experience will be exempt from the BSN requirement * Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire.
