24 Seven Talent is hiring : Designer Senior in Los Angeles

This is a Technical Designer to support a fast-paced and highly creative design pipeline. The Technical Designer will provide critical support from sketch through sample development, ensuring design intent and fit standards are maintained while acting as a liaison with overseas vendors.

Organize fit samples by season, lead in fittings, document / post fit updates to the China team

• Create / correct CADs, flats, line sheets in Illustrator; Partner with Design, Production, and overseas factories to troubleshoot construction and resolve sample issues
• Build and maintain tracking docs, fitting logs, and seasonal updates in Excel; Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (quick, accurate CADs) and strong Excel skills for tracking
• Knowledge of garment construction, grading / measurements, and fit processes; Passion for Selkie’s whimsical, imaginative aesthetic
