About Brellium

Brelliums mission is a big one to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. Weve built AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer higher-quality care - starting with the first real-time medical review platform built to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients.

Each year 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time staffing and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk.

Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. Our goal is to give every provider in the U.S. the tools to deliver clinically excellent data-driven care - at scale.

Brellium was founded in 2021. Since then weve grown to serve over 250000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven compliant care. Were a Series A company with over $16MM in funding from First Round Capital Left Lane Capital and Menlo Ventures.

About the Role

As the Content Marketing Director you will own and execute Brelliums full-funnel content strategy and play a critical role in shaping how we communicate our value to healthcare providers payors and partners. This is a high-impact position for a strategic thinker and strong storyteller who can turn complex compliance and quality assurance concepts into compelling narratives.

Youll create content that drives measurable outcomes across the funnel : from increasing brand awareness to generating high-quality leads and ultimately supporting customer adoption and retention.

You will collaborate closely with Sales Partnerships and Product teams to align content with GTM priorities campaign strategy and customer needs. This is both a strategic and hands-on roleideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment takes ownership of outcomes and wants to scale a category-defining healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Messaging

Develop and own a comprehensive content strategy tailored to healthcare provider groups payors and channel partners.

Translate Brelliums product capabilities into clear differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with decision-makers and influencers across the buyer journey.

Establish editorial calendars and ensure consistent brand voice tone and quality across all channels.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

Create high-impact assets across multiple formats and channels including :

Educational blogs thought-leadership articles and whitepapers.

Customer stories testimonials and long-form case studies.

Demand generation content such as guides landing pages nurture emails and LinkedIn posts.

Product-focused updates launch announcements and in-product education.

Build a repeatable video content engine (e.g. webinars customer spotlights product deep-dives) to support both top-of-funnel awareness and bottom-of-funnel conversion.

Turn customer insights and feedback into proof points that reinforce Brelliums market differentiation.

Measurement & Optimization

Define and track KPIs for content initiatives (e.g. MQL / SQL influence engagement metrics sales cycle acceleration).

Regularly analyze campaign performance reporting results to leadership and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Continuously refine messaging and formats to maximize impact applying A / B testing and market feedback.

Market & Industry Insight

Monitor industry trends competitor content and regulatory changes to ensure Brelliums thought leadership stays relevant and forward-looking.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and clinical leaders to translate compliance best practices into actionable insights for customers.

4 years of content marketing experience
