Global Sales Leader – Multi‑Site Building Automation Solutions
As the Global Sales Leader for Multi‑Site building automation solutions at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through expanding existing customer relationships along with developing new customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and developing a team, and providing strategic insights to senior management. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Global Key Account Sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience selling complex solutions in the commercial market.At least 5 years of experience managing teams or in a leadership / managerial role.Understanding of connected building solutions including BMS, HVAC, refrigeration, SaaS.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.We Value
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.Strong background in sales management, especially in niche or technical sales environments with focus on Retail and / or Grocery Vertical.Experience in building automation, BMS, SaaS.Direct end‑user experience across Retail, QSR, and C‑Store segments.Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.Continuous learning and adaptability.About Us
