As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and assist visitors and employees, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first in every interaction. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior. Communicate and collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Document observations, incidents, and activities in a timely and accurate manner according to company and client protocols. Minimum Requirements : Customer service experience is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and / or first aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
