As a Security Professional - Resort Patrol in Yorktown, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a distinguished hotel or resort location, you will monitor assigned areas and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.

Document observations and report incidents, hazards, and / or suspicious activities to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel or site management.

Assist with emergency response activities according to site protocols, which may include guiding guests and staff and coordinating with local authorities as needed.

Support a welcoming environment for guests and staff consistent with the standards expected in hotels and resorts.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
