Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Digital Experience Associate IV to join the Ancillary Card Programs Team to manage our Credit Protection program, and drive conversions for credit line increases and applications for additional accounts. The person in this role will be responsible for monitoring program performance, building and maintaining customer journey flows, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and deliver incremental revenue, and manage cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- End-to-end management of the Credit Protection program to deliver revenue and increase enrollments. This includes partnering with IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Compliance to ensure the program is performing as expected and identify opportunities to improve marketing and conversions to drive revenue.
- Optimize conversions for Credit Line Increases and Additional Card Applications which includes understanding the customer experience, identifying enhancements to improve the completion rate, and partnering with internal stakeholders to create a roadmap to deliver incremental revenue opportunities.
- Develop, manage, and execute against roadmaps that continually improve program performance.
- Process mapping, journey mapping, and building and maintaining procedure and program reference documents.
- Operational management of the programs which includes monitoring program performance, issues identification, issues resolution, and ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.8+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in a professional corporate environment.2+ years of Project Management experience.Proven track record of leading multiple cross-functional projects.Proven ability to navigate many different departments and build trust and develop strong relationships to drive consensus and achieve results.Proven track record of building strategies that drive revenue.Proven track record of creating analyses with recommendations that were implemented with measurable results.Proven track record of identifying viable solutions to business problems and implementing them.Strong analytical skills.Strong communication skills – verbal and written.Experience creating process flows and procedures documents.Experience using TableauProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPointPreferred (Not Required)
