As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic and passionate Community Engagement Manager to help us build and maintain a vibrant online community and foster deeper engagement on key social platforms such as Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Role Overview :

As a Community Engagement Manager at Klook, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating authentic relationships between our brand and its diverse, passionate community of travelers. You will manage and engage with users across social media platforms, particularly Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, responding to comments, curating discussions, and actively contributing to the creation of user-generated content (UGC). This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and proactive individual who loves engaging with people, has a deep understanding of social media dynamics, and thrives on building strong online communities.
