Technical Product Manager

About the role

Responsibilities :

• Tool Proficiency : Use product management tools like Jira, Trello, Aha!, Figma, and data analysis platforms like Looker or Tableau to streamline workflows, manage projects, and visualize data insight.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development : Define and drive the product vision and strategy, aligning with the company’s goal of reducing financial costs for businesses. Create and maintain a product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market, ensuring alignment across all departments for a seamless launch and ongoing product evolution.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
• Agile Product Management : Lead sprint planning, manage backlogs, and oversee the product development lifecycle using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and identify strategic opportunities.
