Overview
Global HR Benefits Coordinator at Accertify, Inc. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless and consistent benefits experience for colleagues globally, partnering with the Global Benefits & Compensation Manager to support benefits and compensation programs, and delivering initiatives that reflect how Accertify supports its colleagues.
Base pay range : $50,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and broker escalations across global markets, including the US, Mexico, UK, Spain, India, Australia, and Japan.
- Administer benefits programs, including enrollments, life event changes, and terminations, in global HRIS systems.
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration, employee communications, wellness initiatives, and serve as the primary contact for colleagues and brokers.
- Support billing invoice reconciliation and payment processing for global benefits vendors.
- Own and execute benefits-related communications, including newsletters, intranet updates, and policy changes.
- Coordinate and lead global wellness initiatives, campaigns, and other health-focused efforts.
- Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person informational sessions, open enrollment meetings, and new hire benefits orientations across time zones.
- Collaborate with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve claims issues and ensure service excellence.
- Maintain accurate benefits documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.
- Support benefits reporting and analytics, including cost tracking and utilization trends.
- Partner with local HR teams to ensure regional alignment and support for benefits administration.
- Assist in preparing materials and logistics for global benefits audits, renewals, and compliance reviews.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.2–5 years of experience in HR or benefits administration, ideally with international exposure.Familiarity with global benefits programs and compliance requirements across EMEA, APAC, and North America.Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented, culturally aware, and passionate about employee well-being.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in Spanish and English.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.Experience coordinating wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives.High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset.Additional Details
