Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for retail, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to project and evaluate various development scenarios.
- Contribute to investment memorandums and presentation preparations.
- Provide project management support across all phases of development including design, entitlement, sales, and construction.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and forecast revenue and costs.
- Lead the creation of financial documentation for stakeholders and support ongoing reporting and due diligence efforts.
Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using MS Excel.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in real estate financial analysis, real estate development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance.
- A proven track record of integrity and high professional standards.
