Overtime Multiplier : 1.5x for 8 regular hours in a day OR 1.5x for 40 regular hours in 1 week
Double Time Multiplier : 2x for 12 total hours in a day
Charge Nurse : $5.00
On Call : $10.00
Call Back : 1.5%
Holiday : 1.5%

Position Details :
- Riverside coverage area
- Accepting local candidates at Travel Rate
- Work Schedule : Friday-Monday
- CA license in hand
- 13-week contract
- 1 year of Home Health experience required
- Oasis experience preferred
- HCHB experience preferred, but we will provide training.
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patients.
- COVID Vaccination preferred - Exemptions permitted with weekly testing
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required + Booster (Medical / Religious Exemptions only)

Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience
- Valid State License (required at the time of submission)
