$14 per hour
Training Schedule :
8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday for 3 weeks.
Work Schedule :
Must be able to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm CST Monday-Friday.

The Call Center Representative is responsible for effectively negotiating the resolution of past due accounts on behalf of clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, and / or Sales
Proven ability and desire to help people
Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus
Engaging and enthusiastic personality
Confident, clear, and effective communication style
High School Diploma or GED is required
Must be able within a one-hour commute to Lenexa, KS.
