What you will do
Accelerated Development Program – Engineering
Trane Technologies Accelerated Development Programs (ADPs) provide recent college graduates with challenging assignments, leadership training and valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders. Through rotations and experiences in multiple geographic and business locations, you will build diverse skill sets and a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career with Trane Technologies. These assignments are strategically chosen to ensure your continuous learning and personal development.
Electrical Engineering ADP members will develop a solid engineering foundation with skills in key areas including Modeling & Simulation, Value Analysis / Value Engineering, Product Management, Product Validation & Testing, and New Technology Development. Assignments are strategically chosen to ensure continuous learning and personal development. The Electrical Engineering ADP experience will have rotations with onsite and hybrid expectations. Locations are determined by the needs of the business.
Our Accelerated Development Program in Engineering has three rotations
The program can include up to two physical moves. Relocation assistance is provided for new work locations where the distance is at least 50 miles.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation : Base Pay Range : $78,500
Note : Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
