Job descriptionCoordinate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear, consistent communication and smooth project execution Manage on-site construction teams with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, promoting a collaborative, high-performing environment Bring experience across a range of project types, including healthcare, higher education, K-12, libraries, multifamily, and office spaces Apply GC expertise to effectively supervise subcontractors and ensure quality, timely delivery of work Represent our client's core values on-site by leading with integrity and fostering a respectful, team-oriented culture Proactively identify and address project risks, safety concerns, and other challenges throughout the construction process Maintain comprehensive project records, including daily progress updates, safety documentation, and quality control reports At least 5 years of hands-on construction experience Proven track record managing diverse project types, including healthcare, higher education, K-12, libraries, multifamily, and office spaces Experience with ground-up construction projects is required Solid background in General Contracting (GC) operations Skilled in subcontractor coordination and on-site management Strong leadership abilities with a history of successfully directing construction teams Thorough understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support effective collaboration across all stakeholders Committed to upholding safety, quality, and community-focused values Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate challenges proactively Experience on mission-driven projects that reflect our client's core values and community impact focus is a plus Competitive base salary : $110,000-$135,000 USD, depending on experience Performance-based bonus structure Car allowance provided Comprehensive benefits package including 100% paid medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous paid time off : 20 days PTO, plus sick leave and federal holidays Additional perks and benefits
