Base pay range

$100,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

We are a boutique Family Law firm who specializes in guiding individuals through divorce and other family law challenges to achieve the best possible resolution. Founded in 2008, our team is dedicated to excellence and has a depth of experience in family law matters.

We are seeking an experienced family law attorney to grow with us. We value integrity above all and are seeking a good fit for our mission and values in an experienced staff attorney position. Our culture is driven and fun; we work hard and play hard. We are known for zealous advocacy with a reasonable approach, and plan to continue to grow it with the right people.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, negotiating on behalf of clients, litigation and otherwise handling matters related to family law. The role is located in Wake County with the flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct client meetings, legal research, drafting of pleadings, discovery, and court appearances
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials
• Provide strategic advice and compassionate counsel to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to deliver high-quality legal services
