Are you a skilled craftsman with a knack for precision and an eye for detail? Do you have a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces? We are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, where your expertise in millwork will be highly valued. As a Permanent Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for designing, building, and installing custom cabinets and other woodwork structures. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, technical skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities :

• Designing, building, and installing custom cabinets, shelving, and other interior woodwork.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and written instructions to meet client specifications.
• Selecting and preparing timber and manufactured board.
• Operating woodworking machines, including power saws, jointers, mortisers, tenoners, molders, and sanding machines.
• Handcrafting wood pieces, using a variety of hand tools.
• Applying varnish, stain, and polish to surfaces.
• Inspecting completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborating with a team of carpenters and construction professionals on large projects.
• Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
