The Global Creative team

The Global Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multi-faceted team does it all. We are a collection of thinkers, makers, and doers whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work.

As a partner to cross-functional teams across the company, we tie our goals to our most important initiatives-driving toward shared KPIs, strategies, and processes to unify and push the brand and business forward.

About this role

Imagine if... creatives didn't have to say "Imagine if" when selling their work. Too often, ideas live flat in a keynote or a Figma file, requiring stakeholders to envision the final impact. We believe in transforming "Imagine if" into "Watch this" -because seeing is believing. And this role will help us to do just that.

Sitting at the intersection of design and technology, this role partners closely with our global creative leaders to transform conceptual ideas into inspiring, tangible experiences. In collaboration with the Design Lead - AI and Concepting, you'll bring vision to life-whether through motion, 3D environments, prototypes, or other immersive formats- helping to reimagine event experiences, jumpstarting advertising concepts, unlocking bold new ways to pitch ideas to our leaders, and more. If they can dream it, you can make it.

As a meticulous craftsperson, you'll bring an exceptional eye for animation detail, pacing, and narrative rhythm. You'll have a deep understanding of storytelling principles, cinematic language, and motion design systems- and the ability to translate brand principles into stories that move people emotionally and visually. Every frame you create will represent the best of us, but also push our brand into fresh, inspiring territories.

As a self-starter, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, can adapt to shifting priorities, and excel when faced with ambiguity. You'll be a proactive storyteller-someone who takes initiative, leans forward, and can deliver exceptional work with little direction.

This role is in-office in San Francisco 4 days a week.

What you will do

• Bring creative concepts to life - transforming ideas into compelling visual and experiential outputs
• Partner with AI lead and creative leads to rapidly prototype, animate, and visualize concepts for internal and executive presentations, videos, and pitches
• Develop storytelling that pulls concept art off the page, building immersive experiences that inspire action
• Act as a bridge between creative ideation and technical execution, translating for both creative teams and business stakeholders
• Experiment with and implement AI-driven tools and techniques (Runway, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate concept realization
• Support creative selling motions to executives and other stakeholders with polished, high-impact deliverables
• Create storyboards, animatics, and narrative frameworks that bring clarity and alignment to early-stage concepts
• Add motion to design across campaigns, videos, events, and product storytelling, ensuring consistency in style and tone
• Use animation to simplify, inspire and communicate ideas for exec audiences
• Collaborate with AI Design Lead and creative leads to align visual storytelling with original concepts
