The Quality Systems & Compliance Data Analytics Lead role provides critical data analysis and insight to drive Quality metric compliance and continuous improvement in the Product Research and Development organization. The Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining tools (e.g. PowerBI, Veeva reports & dashboards, Tableau dashboards, Smart Sheets) to monitor and maintain quality oversight of Quality metrics. The Data Analytics Lead will work cross-functionally with area process owners, subject matter experts, and management to understand and contextualize the data to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the lead will serve as master data for Product Research and Development (PR&D) Document Management System providing quality oversight of system changes, access approval, standardization, bulk meta-data processing, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Veeva reports & dashboards, Tableau dashboards, Smart Sheets) to monitor and maintain Quality oversight of Quality metrics.
Support audit readiness and participate (as applicable) in GQAAC audit and external inspections.
Organized support team meetings; support users during system enhancements; manage MyAccess entitlement requests; point of contact for the Enterprise Information Platforms (EIP) team; monitor QualityDocs for compliance, data integrity or documentation issues; drive consistency across PR&D, including creating and maintaining user guidance, consult on new content and functionality; work with lead document controllers and / or content owners in business areas to drive consistency.
Liaise with other Quality Organization to ensure strong quality communications to and from PR&D.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$65,250 - $148,500
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
