Branch Hours Monday through Thursday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 6 PM Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM.

Nature And Scope :

Reports to the Branch Manager. This position serves as the initial contact for members and associates. Represents the credit union as a professional, friendly, and member-oriented organization.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job, as related to item processing.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
