What You'll Be Doing :
Evolent is looking for a Senior Director, Finance - FP&A & Strategy to join our team of Finance professionals working to advance Evolent's mission. This role is part of a centralized corporate FP&A team focused on financial intelligence, analysis, and forecasting, with a strong emphasis on strategic thought partnership. This is a high-impact, leadership role for a strategic finance professional who will act as the go-to partner for the Services business, operating with extreme ownership, driving cross-functional progress, and serving as a mini-CFO for their business area.

Qualifications (Required and Preferred) :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field.
8+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, accounting, or a related finance role.
Experience in healthcare or healthcare services is required.
Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong command of financial concepts including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
Experience with ERP and planning / reporting systems (Workday and Adaptive Insights preferred).
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and own business outcomes.

The expected base salary / wage range for this position is $150,000-$160,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
