Position : Physical Med & Rehabilitation Physician (Non-Interventional)

Location : Phoenix, Arizona

Schedule : Monday through Friday

Compensation : $350,000 to $500,000 per year plus bonus

Benefits : Med / Dent / Vis, PTO / Sick, 401k W / Contributions up to $10k, License Reimbursement & Malpractice Coverage, CME Stipend

Sign On Bonus / Relocation : Eligible

Call : 3 to 4 call days per month at Estrella, Del Webb, Banner Desert hospitals (depends on need / position)

Job Summary :

We are excited to invite a dedicated Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician (Non-Interventional) to join our esteemed medical team in Phoenix, AZ.

In this role, you will provide expert care to patients seeking non-surgical solutions to musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Your patient-focused approach and non-interventional expertise will contribute to enhancing patients' quality of life and functional abilities.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, focusing on non-surgical treatment options.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, integrating physical therapy, exercise regimens, medication management, and assistive devices as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with therapists, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Provide expert guidance in pain management, functional restoration, and enhancing patients' overall well-being.
• Employ advanced diagnostic techniques to assess patients' conditions and progress over time.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress in electronic medical records in a thorough and timely manner.

Requirements :

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Current and unrestricted Georgia State Medical License.
• Demonstrated experience in non-interventional treatment approaches within Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication skills to foster strong patient relationships and collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
