Sr. PC Hardware Service Coordinator

This is a long-term contract role (candidates will need to be a W2 to SearchArc) located in Oklahoma City, OK. Must be able to pass a background check and a vehicle check as you'll be driving client owned vehicles from time to time.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Technology Coordinator to oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of hardware procurement, refresh cycles and the statewide wireless program within our organization.
The Technology Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of business activities by coordinating with all client department personnel to determine hardware needs and provide necessary support.
Additionally, you will assist in managing the statewide wireless program, collaborating with the client Enterprise Services Team, and overseeing installations and projects statewide.
Essential Responsibilities include :
Hardware Refresh Management :
Plan, develop, and maintain the client's refresh cycle for hardware, including PCs, wireless devices, and printers.
Coordinate with all client personnel to assess hardware requirements and ensure timely procurement and deployment.
Work with client Enterprise Services team and vendors in the creation and testing of images, software packages, and PC configurations.
Manage all scheduling and deployment of all activities working internal teams and external vendors technicians assigned to the PC Refresh.
Manage the companywide PC refresh, statewide wireless device refresh, and yearly printer refresh to enhance business activities' efficiency.
Companywide Wireless Program Oversight :
Must have's :
Strong knowledge of transportation software, inventory database tracking, and experience with RDP preferred.
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Leadership experience and proficiency in managing a team effectively.
A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
Hi-volume PC refresh experience (300 + PCs) and experience in a technology support role
Strong technology coordination with the mindset of ready to contribute to the efficiency and advancement of our client IT Infrastructure.
