What Success Looks Like

In 3 months

• Gain a working understanding of the software products you will be supporting
• Acquire facility with all troubleshooting techniques related to these products
• Establish an understanding of the Arcadia organization and build relationships with stakeholders in other areas of the business
• Participate in Scrum rituals with your team to identify potential for process improvements
