Job descriptionConduct maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure theyre operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs Travel to different job sites and determine the specific needs of each client Mark, measure and hang new drywall Patch holes and match the texture of existing drywall when needed Work cleanly and present a professional front to properly represent the company Coordinate and work together with other members of the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products Provide assistance with tasks that may be welding, painting, and carpenter work. Transport materials and equipment from one location to another Operate power tools and / or industrial equipment Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods Strong attention to detail Excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary

Job Summary
We are seeking a Handyman / contractor to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This will include handling light electrical, light plumbing, carpentry, drywall work, and a multitude of items. We are looking for someone to handle projects from start to completion in a timely manner. If you can manage your time well in a construction workplace this is the role for you.
