Responsibilities

Provide professional esthetic services (facials, peels, skincare treatments, etc.).

Customize treatments to meet client needs and goals.

Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment environment.

Collaborate with our team to support wellness experiences.

Share input on service offerings as part of Solterra's founding provider team.

Qualifications

Current Ohio Esthetician license.

Proof of liability insurance.

Experience delivering high-quality skincare services.

Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Passion for wellness and skin health.

Compensation & Perks

Independent Contractor Role : Compensation is based on a percentage of each service fee collected, paid per completed service. (Specific split discussed during interview.)

Scheduling : All appointments are managed through the Solterra member app.
