What about a deep understanding of the Financial Advisor role and serving clients? Edward Jones has developed a new private wealth offering tailored to meet the unique needs of high net worth clients and we need your help scaling this new offering. We're looking for strategic thinkers and collaborators who have a strong background in investment management as well as a deep desire to put their clients first in everything they do. The High Net Worth Consultation team partners with financial advisors and clients to deliver high-quality and actionable advice, planning, products, and services required to meet our client's wealth management needs. Through detailed analysis, the team develops and guides the implementation of customized investment solutions connecting goals outlined in client's financial plan to portfolio strategy.

What You Will Do

The Senior Investment Consultant is an investment specialist who partners with branch teams to bring a client's financial plan to life by guiding the development of the investment plan, consulting on sophisticated investment products, and developing solutions to challenging portfolio problems. The Senior Investment Consultant is part of a diverse matrixed team that collaborates across the enterprise to ensure a world class experience is delivered. Key responsibilities include :

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts : health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.

Hiring Minimum : $117000 Hiring Maximum : $199300

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday. While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
