Job Description

Supervise and mentor an internal team of j designers; conduct regular design reviews and corrections.

• Manage daily task creation, prioritization, and assignment for internal and external design teams
• Coordinate and communicate effectively and improve designing maturity of external corporate service design team.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to internal and external teams.
• Ensure all WSHP designs meet technical specifications, industry standards, and project milestones.
• Proactively identify design risks and implement corrective actions and create / improve the design guidelines for our products
• Develop and maintain design schedules and progress tracking tools.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical Service Department's teams.
• Maintain high standards for CAD modeling, drawings, BOMs, and related technical documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field (Master's preferred)
