Job descriptionSupervise fire sprinkler system installs, repairs, and maintenance (including underground piping). Lead and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure compliance with NFPA codes and regulations. Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and budget goals. Maintain detailed records and communicate progress with clients and stakeholders. 3+ years’ experience in fire sprinkler systems (installation, inspection, or service). Strong leadership and project management skills. Knowledge of NFPA standards, system components, and safety codes. NICET Level II or III (or NC Sprinkler Inspection Certification / License) required. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. We are committed to pay transparency. The base salary range for this position is $24 - $36.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
