Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. This role involves leading daily operations of the aggregate plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity. It also includes driving continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and quality control processes. The position requires managing and developing plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Additionally, it involves monitoring and optimizing plant performance using data-driven decision-making and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to lead and develop teams in a production or industrial setting, a strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment, a demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, effective communication and problem-solving skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in a plant environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy machinery, and varying noise levels. The position requires walking, standing, and climbing in operational areas.
