Position Overview

The Sr Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in commercial construction and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the construction site and all onsite activities
• Develop and implement project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for project execution
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety compliance on-site
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors as needed
• Assess and mitigate project risks to prevent disruptions
