Benefits And Leave Administration Specialist
Provides benefits and leave administration including system management, employee support, claims management, enrollment ownership, compliance reporting, etc. Full understanding of leave of absence functions including federal, state and employee provided leave benefits ensuring employees leave cases are administered and documented correctly. Creates and maintains a strong communication cadence for all leave cases ensuring management, employees and payroll teams are all updated and engaged with leave and return to work dates. Partners with all benefit vendors ensuring enrollment accuracy between the HRIS system and the benefit portals; performs regular audits to ensure data integrity. Creates and provides company wide benefit education sessions including open enrollment, new hires and for general refresher sessions as requested. Strong general understanding of self-funded medical coverages to provide real time employee support on any coverage / claims concerns and provider issues that may arise. Strong ability to build workflows and processes within the HRIS system to drive automation and efficiency. Strong employee centric attitude to provide timely support on complex leave and / or benefits questions / issues. Administers integration actions of acquired companies to ensure smooth integration of leave and benefits processes for employees. Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00 / yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
