Job Title : Medical Affairs Quality Education Design Specialist (Part-Time, Hybrid / Remote)
Duration : 9+Months contract
Summary :
Client is looking for a part-time specialist to design and deliver training programs for our Medical Affairs team. This hybrid role combines in-office (34 days / week) and remote work (up to 24 hours / week) and supports training related to our Quality Management System (QMS). Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required.
Key Responsibilities :
Training Design & Delivery
- Create engaging learning materials (in-person and virtual)
- Develop e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline or Captivate
- Manage content in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Learning Needs & Evaluation
Identify training needs and recommend solutionsMeasure training effectiveness and improve based on data and feedbackCollaboration & Support
Work with subject matter experts to define learning goalsSupport trainers with instructional tools and best practicesCompliance & Accessibility
Ensure all training meets ADA, EEO, and other regulatory standardsApply adult learning principles and inclusive practicesPerformance Tracking
Build dashboards to monitor training and QMS performance metricsQualifications : Education :
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related fieldExperience :
At least 2 years in instructional design or adult learningExperience in the medical device or regulated industry is a plusTechnical Skills :
Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platformsFamiliarity with ADDIE, SAM, and Blooms Taxonomy (preferred)Project Management :
Strong organizational and teamwork skillsExperience with project management tools; PMP is a plusRole Details :
