To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager to join our Conversion domain in Spain.

Conversion is at the heart of Primas competitive advantage this is your chance to lead and shape one of our most strategic and impactful areas.

As part of this team, youll help us generate value for our Spanish business in ways that solve customer problems informed by our design / UX, data and business strategy. From discovery to delivery, youll work closely with designers, engineers and analysts to build solutionsthat are beautiful, functional and measurable.

What you'll do

• Product definition : defining the detailed roadmap and product specifications for a number of complex use caseswithin the motor insurance sales funnel.
• Prioritization and planning : prioritising and planning the product developmentefforts, by partnering with the development team, product and business leaders.
• Product delivery : collaborating with a cross-functional agile team to deliver on your plans, organising and taking part in the day-to-day work and making sure thateveryoneisworkingtowards the same goals.
• Stakeholder management : your stakeholders will include the online sales and pricing & underwriting departments, senior management and any Prima business area with an interest in the online sales flow. Youwill be responsible for gathering information abouttheirneeds and priorities, synthesisingthem in your product roadmap and specs, and keeping themupdated and aligned.
