Compensation : $60,000 -$80,000

Responsibilities :

As an Inbound Sales Agent Lead, your primary mission will be to systematize and convert a high volume of leads into successful appointments. Your enthusiastic and proactive approach will make you the first point of contact for potential clients. You'll take charge of leads, manage their progress, and ensure personalized follow-up for maximum effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Cultivate relationships to convert inbound leads into valuable appointments
• Manage the sales database throughout the entire sales cycle
• Collaborate with real estate agents to provide exceptional service from initial contact to listing agreement
• Practice and follow scripts to deliver our team's value proposition and handle objections skillfully
• Qualify leads accurately, conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
• Ensure the smooth flow of processes through meticulous lead follow-up and database management
• Keep track of productivity and sales metrics to report on your performance regularly
• Stay up-to-date with evolving real estate trends in the local market
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws governing real estate brokerage services
