Northwest Floor and Wall Company is a subcontracting company founded in 1966 and specializes in Commercial wall covering.
Since its inception, Northwest Floor and Wall has been family-owned and operated and has a long-standing history of creating opportunities for its employees and rewarding its employees for their dedication not only to the company but to themselves.
We have grown consistently and are looking to add to our GROWING Estimating team.
The skills needed are as follows :
- Experience Estimating and Producing Take-Offs to maximize opportunity and conversion rates.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu Software.
- Strong knowledge of all project-related documents (plans, specs, addenda’s, etc.).
- Able to review and take action on project updates (ASI’s, RFI’s, Deltas, etc.).
- Ability to communicate with General Contractors.
- Willingness to attend pre-bid / construction meetings and obtain information required to provide an accurate proposal for the scope being bid.
