Senior Manager, Marketing

Taking on the position of Senior Manager, Marketing, you will be instrumental in crafting a vision for aligning marketing with science, strategy, and storytelling. Your mission will involve nurturing a culture that prizes innovation, insights driven by data, and elevating the customer journeyguiding our teams in realizing innovative ideas that enhance patient results.
You will balance strategy and practical tasks in this role. Crafting marketing strategies, guiding a dedicated team, and collaborating globally to drive growth are key aspects.
You will directly report to the Commercial Leader, North America, and have a significant impact on the North America Leadership Team. The current organization consists of approximately 10 employees, with intentions to grow the marketing and product management team in FY26.

Compensation and Benefits : The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00$200,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
