What you'll do
- Own setups : prepare a variety of production machines to produce high‑quality parts
- Diagnose and fix equipment issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Care for the facility and its utilities : electrical, heating, plumbing, and machine repair
- Perform bench and machining tasks to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and guarding
- Run preventive maintenance to keep equipment reliable and safe
- Use statistical process charting and trend analysis to guide adjustments that bring parts back into spec
- Jump in on other tasks as assigned
