Evening Fulfillment Supervisor

The Evening Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of associates to achieve accuracy in a variety of goals including : productivity, quality, accuracy, problem resolution, outstanding customer service, employee relations (motivation and development), and maintaining a safe work environment. The Fulfillment Supervisor works closely with upper management to ensure operational excellence and overall facility success.

Essential Functions (This list may not include all duties as assigned) :

• Directly supervises hourly associates in a fulfillment and delivery centers
• Oversees outgoing shipping activities to ensure order accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments
• Assists Warehouse Manager or State Operations Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality is met
• Ensures exceptional customer service key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, controlling breakage, meeting delivery windows, etc.)
• Promotes constant and measurable improvement; teaches and enforces Company policies and best in class customer service at all times
• Maintains a clean, professional, and safe working environment by meeting or exceeding Company safety goals
• Effectively communicates team goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates
• Personally coaches, trains, and mentors direct reports in order to ensure personal growth and career development
• Establishes and maintains best in class systems and processes for the Fulfillment and Driver teams to provide quality customer service
• Ensures the safeguard and security of Company assets
