Senior Product Manager

Apptium a TD SYNNEX company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our customer-facing product. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecyclefrom vision and strategy through feature planning, execution, and customer engagement. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and high-impact outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product vision aligned with SaaS strategy and customer needs.
• Own the roadmap and lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and release cycles.
• Establish intake processes and prioritize features based on data, customer input, and business impact.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, share roadmaps, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support sales and marketing with tailored demos, competitive insights, and go-to-market alignment.
• Leverage product analytics to drive decisions and optimize user experience.
• Collaborate on budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination to ensure timely, scalable delivery.
• Build strong relationships across teams to foster transparency, accountability, and alignment.
