We are looking for a lead technician at one of our high volume shops in Fayetteville Arkansas! Due to expansion and growth, we have a rare opportunity for the right fit.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years experience as a flag or dealership tech. Has ASE certifications and can easily perform AC, Electrical, Diagnostics, as well as Steering and Suspension and Brake work on just about any vehicle.
Averages well above +50 flag hours per week at their current job. Doesn't need to be a "Master Tech", but can quickly and efficiently handle just about anything.
Sets a good example for younger techs to learn from and can work well with leadership and other technicians to ensure we are producing quality workmanship at their location as a whole.
