Essential functions :

• Assisting residents with all personal care such as grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, oral hygiene and incontinence care.
• Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions
• Attending required in-service training events
• Providing and receiving resident reports at the beginning and end of every shift
• Maintaining clean and safe environment for resident safety
• Performing other assigned duties
