Salary : $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Delaware Elevator is seeking an experienced Field Superintendentto oversee and support our elevator construction and modernization crews. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on coordinating teams, ensuring quality and safety, and delivering projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support elevator construction and MOD crews within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate schedules for assigned crews (short-term and long-term).
• Upholding Delaware Elevator Inc -companys policies,rulesand regulations, including all safety plans.
• Reviewing andbeing accountable forbringing projects in and completing, with our customers' schedule and our own internal hours and schedule.
• Scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and material requirements.
• Overseeing all aspects of quality control.
• Perform MOD surveys as needed.
• Supervise and assistwith adjusting as needed.
• Reviewing material tracking log and attending company progress and safety meetings weekly.
