Job Summary / Objective :
This individual will be responsible for leading the execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing tactics for VALTOCO, as well as supporting consumer and digital marketing initiatives. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Essential Job Functions :
- Lead the development and execution of HCP marketing tactical plans for VALTOCO.
- Support the execution of HCP, consumer, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and Market Access teams.
- Ensure timely development, approval, and deployment of promotional materials through the MLR process.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver on key marketing projects.
- Analyze market data, customer insights, and sales performance to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Drive the planning and execution of national sales meetings and POA meetings with the support of HCP Marketing Director.

Spends approximately 90% of work time sitting and meeting with others or working at a desk and / or computer. Spends approximately 10% of work time standing or walking within the work area or at meetings and bends, twists, stoops and reaches. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Occasionally lifts and / or moves up to 10 pounds. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. The noise level is usually moderate.
Travel Requirements :

Minimum Education and Experience Required :
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred.Minimum 8 years of product management, marketing, business, or equivalent work experience in the healthcare industryExperience working with cross-functional teams and promotional review processes.Salary Description
Salary range : $135,000 - $146,000
