Job Responsibilities :

\nAs an L&D Nurse at CHI St. Gabriel Health, you will deliver exceptional patient care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring fetal and maternal well-being, assisting with delivery procedures, administering medications, providing education and emotional support to new mothers, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. You will collaborate closely with physicians, obstetricians, and medical teams to provide comprehensive maternal healthcare. Flexibility is essential, as your schedule includes rotating shifts, weekend coverage, and on-call duties, often requiring you to float between units as needed.
