We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Entry Level Marketing Planner to join our team. The Marketing Planner will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing plans that align with business goals. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support brand, product, and sales objectives.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to align strategies and ensure consistency.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign effectiveness through analytics and reporting.

Assist in budget planning and monitor spend across marketing initiatives.

Optimize marketing processes by identifying efficiencies and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Proficiency in project management and marketing tools (e.g., Experience in B2B marketing.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email, social media, paid media, and content marketing.

Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Creative problem-solving and adaptability to shifting priorities.
